When you fill out a form on this site (check availability, schedule a test drive, make an offer, get pre-qualified, value your trade-in, or contact us), we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you're interested in, your message, and, for the pre-qualification and trade-in forms, general details such as your ZIP code, employment and income range, housing, planned down payment, and your trade-in vehicle's year, make, model, mileage and condition.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. We use this to prevent spam and abuse and to understand which pages people use. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as pages requested and IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry: by phone, text message or email, as you asked.
• To check a vehicle's availability, set up a test drive, review an offer, or start a financing or trade-in conversation with you.
• To keep a record of inquiries so our staff can follow up and so we don't lose your message.
• To protect the site and our business from spam, fraud and abuse.

We don't use the information from this website for automated decision-making, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

3. What we never ask for online

We will never ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth, bank account or card numbers through this website or by email. Any actual credit application is completed with you securely, in person at the dealership or by phone with our staff. 4. Cookies and browser storage

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage for two conveniences that stay on your device: the vehicles you save (the heart button) and the vehicles you pick to compare. That information never leaves your browser and isn't sent to us. You can clear it at any time with the "Clear saved" and "Clear" buttons, or by clearing your browser data.

5. Third-party services and links

• Google Maps. Our location map is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
• Fonts. The site's typefaces are served from this website itself; no font files are requested from third parties.
• Review and social sites. Links to Google, Yelp, Facebook or other sites take you off this website. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

6. Who we share it with

Your inquiry is seen by our staff. It's stored on the server that hosts this website and may be emailed to our dealership inbox so we can reply quickly. If you ask us to help with financing, we share the information you provide with lenders only after we've discussed it with you and you've agreed. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or our business.

7. How long we keep it

We keep website inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our business records, and we delete or archive older inquiries periodically. Records connected to an actual purchase, financing or trade-in are kept for as long as California law requires.

8. Your choices

• You can browse the entire site without giving us any information. The forms are optional.
• You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete the information you sent through this website. Just call or write to us using the details below.
